All orders are shipped from The Hague, The Netherlands. While orders are typically delivered in 2-10 business days (depending on what country we need to send your order to), orders may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances. Please keep in mind that this does account for the 2-6 day order processing window. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed and additional emails once your order has been shipped and delivered.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please note that once proof of delivery is linked to a tracking number, créé par Lucia™ is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items. All risks are borne by the courier. 



Orders can be returned within 14 days of the order being received. All returned items must be in new unworn condition with tags still attached. Returned items received in any other condition will be sent back at your expense unless otherwise agreed upon. We are unable to accept returns after 14 days of delivery. You can contact to initiate your return. (The shipping cost for returning an item is for the customer)

Returns are processed within 3-5 business days of arriving at our facility. This period may be longer during peak periods. Depending on your payment provider, it can take up to 5-10 business days for the refunded amount to appear on your bank statement.


Orders can be exchanged within 14 days of the order being received. In certain situations, we may be able to exchange damaged or mislabelled items may be exchanged for the proper item or size for free within 14 days of the order being placed. Please note, we are unable to provide exchanges for international orders and your item can only be exchanged for a different size. We ask that you initiate a return and place a replacement order for international exchanges. You can contact to initiate your return/exchange.

International Orders

All international orders are shipped Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU). This means that you, the customer, are responsible for paying your local country's import duties at the time of delivery. Placing an order to an international destination serves as confirmation that you understand your responsibility to pay these fees. Unfortunately, we are unable to calculate these fees at the time of purchase.

Pre-Orders & Made To Order

Pre-order & made to order items will ship once stock becomes available. The estimated delivery date will be listed in the product description of the item. You will receive an email with tracking once it’s been shipped. Pre-order shipping dates are subject to delays.

Made To Order products are not eligible for cancellation or refunds.
